- All Express deliveries provide a full tracked service to all shipping destinations.
- The amount of tracking information available for shipments being sent via standard shipping is limited for certain countries.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Franco Florenzi takes no responsibility for parcels that become lost if the shipping address specified at checkout is incorrect.
STANDARD SHIPPING
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us straight away at info@francoflorenzi.com so that your shipping details can be amended.
If the parcel has already been dispatched then Franco Florenzi takes no responsibility for any delays that may occur as a result.
We therefore encourage you to check your shipping details when at checkout and upon receiving your order confirmation via email.
If your parcel gets returned to us, then you will be required to pay £4.99, which will cover the cost of returning the package to you. Please note it can take up to 30 business days for a parcel to arrive back in the United Kingdom.
If you decide you would like a refund when the package arrives back, then you will be refunded minus the original shipping cost, plus any additional costs incurred as a result of supplying an incorrect address.

If our shipping companies flag your address as incorrect, then a £15 surcharge will be applied to your order, which will cover the cost of address correction and any administration fees. This fee must be paid in full before a refund or exchange can be carried out.
